Precision Rifle, Level I

Precision Rifle, Level I is an intensive course designed for law enforcement and military in urban and rural operations. This program teaches marksmanship skills and techniques, touching on all aspects of the precision rifleman’s responsibilities and emphasizes necessary skills in addition to weapon accuracy. This program includes marksmanship, shooting techniques, speed and accuracy drills at moderate and extended ranges and selection of equipment. The course will enable the student to explore the potential of the scope-sighted rifle in specialized and tactical situations through judgmental scenarios set up for the course. This course is a prerequisite to the next level of training, Precision Rifle II.

    • The cold shot
    • Cover and concealment in urban and rural settings

    • Weapons cleaning and storage
    • Weapon retention with rifle
    • Precision Marksmanship 100 to 500 yards
    • Record keeping
    • Bullet ballistics
    • Zeroing rifle

    The duration of this program is four (4) days.

    This course costs $985 with a $450 required deposit.

    Gear Ammunition
    • Rifle, caliber .223 or larger, with scope
    • Pencil, paper, and dope book.
    • Spotting scope & binocular
    • Rifle cleaning equipment
    • Eye and ear protection
    • Elbow and knee pads
    • Shooting mat.
    • 500 rounds of factory new ammunition
    • No reloads.
    • Match ammunition recommended.
